Top Tycoon Games Performance in Nigeria: Q2 2025 Analysis

In the second quarter of 2025, tycoon games continued to capture the interest of mobile users in Nigeria. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we examine the performance of the top five games in this category.

Township by Playrix showed significant activity throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue started at around $4.4K at the end of March, with fluctuations peaking at approximately $4.9K in early June before settling at $4.4K by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a remarkable peak in mid-April with over 28K, although they tapered off to just over 8K by June's end. Active users were robust, starting at nearly 58K and experiencing a decline to about 48K by the quarter's close.

Evil Hunter Tycoon from Super Planet had a modest presence. Weekly revenue saw its highest point in mid-April at $1.5K, followed by a general decline, concluding at $354. Despite the lack of downloads, active users remained steady at around 14 throughout the quarter.

Sumikkogurashi Farm from Imagineer Co., Ltd. showed varied revenue trends, starting at $489 and ending at $285. This game, however, did not register any downloads or active user data for this period.

Finally, My Cafe — Restaurant Game by Melsoft Games Ltd had a stable revenue pattern ranging from $183 to $355. Downloads varied slightly, peaking at 356 in early May, while active users started at over 1.1K, experiencing minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
